    http://www.frameweb.com/news/le-mont-st-michel-by-hansen-feutry

Roma Shop & More grows and opens to the world.
The month of September 2014 will mark a major turning point for our blog. Roma Shop & More has decided to open up to the world! No longer just an overview of what is happening in the world of retail in the city of Rome, but a window on the world that aims to capture what is new and original in this area in all the major cities on the planet!
Everything is born from the observation that design shop is irremediably globalizing. The shopping streets (even the most exclusive ones) have become more and more similar to each other. Shops designed in a unique format, window displays exactly the same way at the same time all over the world. Where is the exclusivity, originality, uniqueness!?? The same product, no matter how luxurious and expensive, today you can buy around the world in one of the many branches of the brand that distributes, substantially in identical shops! The stores are often designed without taking into account the context in which they're going to fit and without regard to the historicity of the places and their artistic or architectural features.
The purpose of the new blog is to give evidence to those projects that, going in the opposite direction, are distinguished by their originality, to those productions that stand out for their innovative capacity, for their personality and uniqueness. Will then be given space to those companies, not necessarily known, who decide to open their shops in unusual locations, retrieve historical buildings or born to another destination, make your own retail space unlike any other .
The blog will be called THE STORE LOCATOR http://theshoplocator.blogspot.it/ and will be divided into multiple pages, each dedicated to a city, or more generally to a state or a continent.
Thank you for the interest shown so far and see you soon!

Bad news for all those who were waiting impatiently for the opening of new department store in Via del Tritone. Transpires that today only a few months ago during excavations for the construction of the new department store, were found the remains of ancient Roman baths. They are, therefore, several months that jobs are stopped to allow the "soprindendenza" to make the findings of the case. The forecasts are not the best. It seems that even the opening of the new Rinascente may slip to 2018!
The bad news is also about the 350 people who after their talks were waiting to be hired permanently.
Rome is not new of course in this kind of situation. We wonder, however, if the importance of the findings is such as to justify once again the interruption of the construction works of useful work (this time it's a big store, but it could also to be of a rail line or a hospital). Beyond the archaeological needs is right, in our opinion, that a important capital can live and grow and do not die quitidianamente besieged by traffic and immobility. It seems right, in other words, that you also think of the present and the future and not only preserve the past.
In the case of Rinascente we remember that the property in Via del Tritone was purchased in 2006. In the event that the really big stores opened in 2018 it would take 12 years (!!!) to open a store? ! Not surprise if, after this ordeal, the property decided to abandon the project depriving the city of such a structure, and especially of 350 jobs.

Visto a Londra. Paul Smith Westbourne House a Notting Hill.

Here's a great example of how you can choose an unusual location to market a fashion brand. Not the usual shop in the usual shopping street, but a whole building to another destination that lends itself well to the purpose.
In Rome there would be a lot of beautiful buildings for the occasion could also be recovered and restored!

Rome Opening Soon. Falconeri Via Cola di Rienzo.

Il Cantiere di Via Cola di Rienzo

Uno store del marchio (sito sviluppoeterritorio.it)

Very nice, in our opinion, the type chosen for new openings by the brand. Simple lines and a lot of wood in the rough to underline the naturalness of the yarns used.
