Inizia la trasformazione di Palazzo Fendi.

Da qualche giorno lo store di Palazzo Fendi ha chiuso i battenti. Ad annunciarlo delle vetrofanie su fondo bianco che informano la clientela dell'apertura del temporary store nell'adiacente Via Fontanella di Borghese.

La notizia non è ancora ufficiale, ma sembra ormai confermato che nello storico Palazzo Boncompagni Ludovisi, meglio noto da qualche anno come Palazzo Fendi, sorgerà un nuovo luxury hotel!

Se ne parlava già dal 2009 quando la storica maison romana progettava di trasferire altrove gli uffici e l'atelier situati agli ultimi piani e di destinare gli spazi liberi a un boutique hotel.

Come è noto, a partire dalla primavera, gli uffici di Fendi si trasferiranno al Palazzo della Civiltà e del Lavoro all'Eur e il progetto, quindi, può ora trovare realizzazione.

Si dovrebbe cominciare dal restyling della boutique (Peter Marino Architects??) al piano terra e all'ammezzato per proseguire poi con l'allestimento dell'albergo: 30 - 40 camere al massimo e una spettacolare terrazza con vista sulla prospettiva di Via Condotti e Trinità dei Monti!
