Fortini Lab, gusto su misura, ad Albano Laziale (RM).

Roma Shop & More stavolta va in trasferta ai Castelli per segnalarvi un locale di Albano decisamente interessante. Si tratta di un vero e proprio laboratorio del gusto su tre piani sul corso principale del paese che coniuga in maniera molto piacevole estetica e sostanza.

Quanto all'allestimento si tratta di un palazzetto cielo-terra con tanto di terrazza all'ultimo piano interamente progettato e ristrutturato secondo quello stile "bistrot industrial chic" che abbiamo già visto molte volte a Roma e che adesso va per la maggiore. Grande utilizzo, quindi, di legno, metallo e graniglie per i pavimenti.

Come dicevamo l'offerta gastronomica non è da meno spaziando, come spesso avviene nei locali di ultima generazione, dalla colazione al dopocena passando per la pasticceria da asporto.
