Ristorante Suburra 1930 a Monti.

Torniamo (sempre con enorme piacere!) a Monti per segnalarvi un locale davvero degno di nota. Ha aperto i battenti già da qualche mese in Piazza della Suburra e si segnala per l'allestimento a nostro parere particolarmente riuscito. Le atmosfere, come recita l'insegna, sono quelle degli anni 30. Dai pavimenti a fasce policrome alle poltroncine in tessuto alle appliques alle pareti. Tutto parla di quegli anni.

Lo spazio non è certo grande, ma intimo e raffinato. Particolarmente adatto per le cene a due e per far colpo in un invito galante!

Per le recensioni sugli aspetti enogastronomici rimandiamo ai tantissimi blog che si occupano della materia (molto meglio di quanto sapremmo fare noi!). Per quanto ci riguarda abbiamo molto apprezzato la scelta di allontanarsi dal solito modello "bistrot francese post industriale" declinato a Roma in mille varianti per proporre qualcosa di davvero insolito.

We came back (again with great pleasure!) to Monti to report a local really noteworthy. It opened its doors a few months ago in Piazza della Suburra and is notable for the construction in our opinion particularly successful. The atmosphere, as the sign says, are those of the 30s From the polychrome bands floors to the armchairs fabric to the appliqués on the walls. Everything tells about theese years.
The space is not big, but intimate and refined. Particularly suitable for dinners for two and to impress in a gallant invitation!
For reviews on aspects wine and foods we refer to the many blogs that deal with the matter (much better than we'd know we do!). As for us we really appreciated the choice to move away from the usual model "French bistro post-industrial" in Rome declined in many variations to propose something really unusual.
