Vi avevamo già parlato del radicale reastyling che sta interessando Palazzo Fendi a Largo Goldoni che vedrà, oltre al rinnovamento della boutique, l'apertura a Dicembre del primo Boutique Hotel a marchio Fendi http://romashopandmore.blogspot.it/2015/01/inizia-la-trasformazione-di-palazzo.html. Ebbene: è di questi giorni la notizia che all'ultimo piano aprirà Zuma, il famosissimo ristorante giapponese già presente in altre 9 città del pianeta (da Londra, dove è nato nel 2002 a New York, Dubai, Hong Kong - nella foto - Shangay etc....) e famoso per la reinterpretazione in chiave contemporanea e molto attenta all'estetica della cucina giapponese tradizionale. A disposizione degli ospiti anche la terrazza panoramica con vista spettacolare sulla prospettiva di Via Condotti e Trinità dei Monti.
